Refund and Returns Policy
Welcome to Complete Origin Ltd and our subsidiary, The Complete Goods Ltd. We are committed to a “Customer First” policy. As we specialize in unique imports and fresh produce, we have established these guidelines to ensure quality and fairness for all our customers across Northern Ireland and the UK.
1. General Returns (Non-Perishable)
For non-perishable items, you have the right to return goods under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
2. Mango Quality Guarantee
Mangoes are highly sensitive, seasonal imports. To balance the nature of the fruit with customer satisfaction, we apply the following rules:

Pre-Check: We hand-inspect every Mango box for quality before it is dispatched or handed over.

External Damage: Any external damage to the fruit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Internal Condition: We cannot guarantee the internal state of every fruit. However, if the majority of your box (6pc or 12pc) is spoiled internally, we can organize a replacement in your next order. Please report this within 2–3 days.

The “One Plate” Evidence: To initiate a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear photo of all mangoes arranged on one single plate, clearly showing their condition.

Note on Appearance: We do not issue refunds for external blackening (often caused by cold storage temperatures). Refunds are only processed for fruit cut open and found to be rotten.
3. Shipping & Deliveries

Local NI Delivery: For local delivery areas, incorrect or damaged items can be returned to your nearest collection point to initiate a refund.

Nationwide UK Delivery: * Courier Liability: While we ship via next-day service, Complete Origin Ltd is not responsible for damage incurred by the courier.
Shipping Guarantee: For additional security, a Next Day Shipping Guarantee can be purchased for an additional £3 charge at checkout.

Returns: For nationwide orders, we do not accept returns unless the wrong item was sent or the product is objectively faulty.
4. Expiry & Best Before Dates
Many of our products are specialty imports not readily available in the UK.

1-Month Rule: We do not accept refund claims for products with more than 1 month of shelf life remaining at the time of dispatch.

Short-Life Items: This rule does not apply to fresh perishables or items with a naturally short shelf life.

Buying Advice: If your consumption is low, we recommend ordering smaller variants.
5. Non-Returnable Items
In line with UK hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishables: Food, fresh produce, and plants.

Personal Care: Beauty and hygiene products.
-
Custom Goods: Special orders or personalized items.
-
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
-
Sale Items: Items purchased on “Sale” or via Gift Cards are final.
6. Refunds & Exchanges

The Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Payment: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to process these.

Coupon Adjustments: If a discount code or offer was used, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid.

Exchanges: To receive a replacement item quickly, return the original for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
7. Fair Use Policy
We assess every request carefully and aim to trust our customers. However:

Unreasonable Grounds: Repeatedly demanding refunds on unreasonable grounds may result in the company declining future orders.

Right to Reject: Complete Origin Ltd reserves the right to reject or cancel orders based on an account’s previous refund history.
