At Complete Origin Ltd (including The Complete Goods Ltd), we want to make managing your orders as simple as possible. Please review our policies regarding account and order cancellations.


1. Account Cancellation

You are under no obligation to maintain an account with us and can cancel at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel through your account dashboard or by submitting a written request to completeoriginbelfast@gmail.com.

  • Process: Once received, we will deactivate your account and notify you.

  • Re-activation: If you wish to re-enable a disabled account, please contact us at the email address above.


2. Order Cancellation (Non-Perishable Goods)

Under the UK’s “cooling-off” regulations, you have a 14-day period to cancel orders for non-perishable items.

  • Timeline: You must notify us within 14 working days of receiving your goods.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Exclusions (Hygiene): For health and safety reasons, personal grooming products (hair accessories, shavers, etc.) cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken or the item is unwrapped.


3. Perishable Goods (Food & Drink)

Please Note: Perishable goods (such as fresh vegetables, fruits, mangoes, and frozen items) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period because they deteriorate quickly.

  • Quality Issues: If a perishable item arrives damaged or below quality standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue sent to completeoriginbelfast@gmail.com. (Please refer to our Refund Policy for the “One Plate” photo requirement).

  • Storage: We advise customers to open parcels immediately. All fresh produce must be refrigerated, and frozen items must be placed in a freezer upon arrival.


4. How to Return an Item

If you have cancelled an order for a non-perishable item:

  • Written Notice: Email completeoriginbelfast@gmail.com to initiate the return.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless the item was sent in error, is damaged, or is defective.

  • Duty of Care: You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods at our facility.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (SumUp/WooCommerce).

  • Recovery Fees: If you fail to return the goods or return them at our expense, we reserve the right to deduct the direct cost of recovery from your refund.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspection: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

  • Signatures: Customers are requested to sign for deliveries to confirm receipt.
