3. Important Delivery Information

Local Delivery Schedule

  • Availability: Monday to Saturday, 9am–9pm.

  • Time Slots: On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email or text with a one-hour time slot so you know exactly when to expect us.

  • Safe Place: If you aren’t home, our drivers can leave your order in a designated safe place. Please note that this is at the customer’s risk.

Click & Collect

  • Status: Currently Unavailable. As a new startup, we are focusing on home delivery to keep our logistics streamlined and safe for everyone.

Fresh Produce & Stock

Because we specialize in fresh, often imported produce (like our premium Mangoes), availability can change quickly.

  • Refund Policy: If we cannot fulfill an item in your order, we will notify you immediately and process a refund within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
